Adotena Birth Services works with eligible Minnesota public-insurance members for covered doula services.
Eligible members may currently receive up to 18 doula sessions across pregnancy, birth and postpartum without prior authorization, subject to current Minnesota program rules, eligibility and benefit requirements.
Adotena Birth Services is listed on the Minnesota State Doula Registry (DOUL-352). Verification of your specific plan, eligibility and benefits is completed before care is represented as covered.
