Stage 01
Prenatal Package

Structured preparation across your third trimester so you arrive at labor informed and ready.
- Three 90-minute prenatal visits (in-home or virtual)
- Birth preferences built with you, in writing
- Comfort-measure and positioning practice with your partner
- Questions to bring to your medical team
- Text and email support through pregnancy
Stage 02
Birth Package
$1,500
Continuous doula support from early labor through the first hours after your baby arrives.
- On-call availability from Conception
- Continuous labor support — hospital, birth center or home
- Rebozo, positioning, breathing and environment support
- Partner coaching throughout labor
- One postpartum follow-up visit
Stage 03
Postpartum Package
$900
Practical, steady support through the fourth trimester while you recover and settle in.
- Four 4-hour postpartum visits
- Feeding and latch education within doula scope
- Newborn care and routine guidance
- Recovery education and rest planning
- Clear guidance on when to escalate a concern
Package prices are private-pay starting rates and are confirmed at your complimentary intake. If you are an eligible Minnesota Medicaid or MinnesotaCare member, some doula services may be covered — coverage must be verified before any service is represented as covered.
Add-Ons
Overnight, Wellness & Virtual Care
Prenatal wellness sessions, overnight postpartum support and virtual visits can be added to any package or arranged on their own.
