45-Minute Prenatal Bodywork
Choose a full-body session or a focused area of your choice. Sessions use a pregnancy-accommodating bodywork table designed to allow comfortable positioning of the pregnant abdomen.
15-Minute Head Massage
The session closes with a dedicated, deeply relaxing head massage.
Pregnancy Comfort & Balancing
Where appropriate, the session incorporates gentle pregnancy comfort and balancing techniques informed by CST and Rebozo training, designed to encourage relaxation, comfortable positioning and body awareness.
This is a wellness/bodywork service and is not medical care or a substitute for care from your prenatal medical provider. This service does not induce labor, turn a baby, treat pregnancy complications or replace obstetric or midwifery care.
The prenatal wellness experience is a private-pay service and should not be assumed to be covered by Medicaid or MinnesotaCare.
